Mixes well with Juice 🥤. I tried mixing it with water it was horrible but it definitely wasn't good lol Gives me energy and overall I feel good taking this! Wanted to give it a try because I exercise a lot and often feel fatigued or drained after but not with this. I still have energy to continue my day! Recommend
