PhD Carbohydrate blend (Oat flour, Maltodextrin, Waxy Maize starch), PhD Protein blend (Whey protein concentrate, Milk protein concentrate {providing 80% micellar casein}, Whey protein isolate, Whole egg powder), Reduced Fat Cocoa Powder, Flaxseed, Medium Chain Triglycerides(Coconut oil), Creatine Monohydrate, L-Lysine, Taurine, L-Glycine, Flavouring, Magnesium Oxide, Stabiliser (Guar gum, Xanthan gum), DigeZyme (Amylase, Lactase, Protease, Lipase, Cellulase),Zinc Oxide, Sweetener (Sucralose).Directions1 serving: Add 2 level scoops of powder to 500-600ml of ice cold water or milk and shake or blend for 10 seconds. Add 1 further scoop of powder and shake or blend again for 10 seconds. (3 scoops in total). PhD Advanced Mass can be used 90 minutes before training, post training or at any time during the day to increase calorie intake.
