I love the fact that it not only gives you that extra boost throughout the workout, but it also provides zero calories despite its awesome contents. I typically take 2 scoops of BCAA during the water, and I recommend for those who are looking for that extra 'push' during that last set, and/or during a highly anaerobic routine, such as sparring/rolling.
