Although glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body, if you're doing heavy workouts or if you have immune system issues, you might benefit from a glutamine supplement. Personally, I notice less post-workout fatigue and soreness when I'm taking glutamine regularly. Although this product touts improvements in focus and concentration, I don't really notice any differences in those areas. The product itself is finely powdered and mixes well in addition to being completely flavorless. I use this in my pre- and intra-workout stack mix and am happy with the quality.

This product seems to be working well for me. Because of a double organ transplant, I am on a anti-inflammatory steroid as one of my anti-rejection drugs. I will be on it for life, and it just happens to be a steroid that deteriorates muscle tissue instead of pumping it up. I work out regularly in an attempt to keep the healthy muscle tissue that I have for as long as possible. For years now I have not been able to really gauge any positive effects from my workouts because my muscles don't seem to get any bigger, even though I feel stronger and healthier. If you have any medical issues, or are on any medications, do yourself a favor and run any supplements by your doctor before starting them. I got a thumbs up from my transplant team to give this a try, with increased frequency of my regular lab work to see if there were any negative effects. So far, there have been no concerns so I continued to use it before my workouts. I have used this supplement 4 times a week for 2.5 months now, and for the first time in a very long time, I am experiencing some muscle growth. I have gained a little over a 1/4 inch on both of my biceps, and closer to a 1/2 inch in my calves and thighs. I am by no means an expert on this type of thing, but these are the first really positive results that I have experienced in the past several years. Instead of holding off the inevitable, I actually gained some ground, and the only thing I am doing different is this supplement. My overall opinion of EHPLabs Glutamine Recovery Amino Acids is positive, and I can't wait to see if my muscle growth continues. It is much more cost effective than some other supplements that I have tried at about .38 cents a serving. The flavor is kind of "meh" but it dissolves fairly quick and is easy to drink.

Received my Glutamine today, opened the container to fined mold around the seal and around the top of the jar. It looks to me that the seal was not on the jar properly causing it to be defective upon arrival.

incredibly disappointed - been using this brand consistently with no issues but received a burnt powder mix - smells disgusting and the color contrast to my previous order is crazy. No returns or refunds offered either - dropped $40.
