For a quick shot add 1 Tea Spoon (approximately 5g) to 70ml of chilled water and stir. Consume 1-2 serving shots per day.

Various other products made on the same machinery contain ingredients such as soy, egg, cereals, wheat, and gluten. If you have any of the above allergies listed here then we would advise you to avoid the use of this product. Not for anyone under the age of 18 years old. Not recommended for pregnant women. If you suffer from any underlying health issues then we would also advise you to show this label to a health practitioner before use.

Easy to use as quick 70ml shot in the morning. Will try another flavour.
I have tried many other brand creatines before and this is the best tasting one. I bought the pineapple flavour...it's not very sweet which I like. The flavour is very subtle but if you add a pinch of Himalayan salt to it...the taste is even better.
