Caffeine is best taken with theanine, it balances out the ‘high’ you get from caffeine and helps it not be a jittery high, so we paired them together and made them into 60mg capsules, the same as one espresso, so you can dose them to your needs, whenever the situation arises, whether taking it with Awesome Boost, or not. Putting caffeine in Awesome Boost also isn’t optimal, as everyone’s sensitivity to caffeine is different, and so many exercise on an evening - meaning that caffeine is going to then disrupt sleep onset and sleep quality. So we separated the compounds so you can have true flexibility on what you need, and when.
