Barebells have created a protein fuelled milkshake, with a full 24g of protein per bottle, but without the added sugar you would get in a normal milkshake. In convenient ready to drink bottles, they are ideal to throw in a gym bag, or take with you on-the-go, to enjoy some lactose free goodness. Barebells have made them so you can spoil your inner child, but this is a seriously grown up drink with enough protein to be used post workout as recovery following a heavy gym session. Coming in at around 185 kcal per bottle depending on the flavour. The strawberry nutrition is as follows: ENERGY 7765 kJ (185 kcal) FAT 4.6g CARBOHYDRATE 12 g, of which sugars 12 g PROTEIN 24g SALT 0.73g
