Una excelente forma de enriquecer tu hidratacin durante y tras tu entrenamiento de intensidad o resistencia. Yo lo uso diluido en un bidn de agua y lo tomo durante mi entreno de fuerza en el Gym. Pero tambin lo estoy usando tras sesiones largas de natacin donde, por el tipo de ejercicio, tiendes a perder msculo. De camino a casa para desayunar lo voy bebiendo y as no paso tanto tiempo en ayunas. Me est yendo muy bien y la marca es buena y muy conocida en el mundo del fitness. El ratio de EAAs es el ms habitual. Ello contribuye a evitar la catablisis asociada a los deportes de resistencia. Adems de la Glutamina, que es de las pocas cosas que nunca dejo de tomar cuando entreno. De ese modo no tendrs excusa para no correr, nadar o andar en bici por no perder el volumen que has adquirido durante tus sesiones de gym. El sabor a sanda est rico y bastante conseguido. Sin problemas de asimilacin o gastrointestinales relevantes. Fresquito entra de muerte.
Great tasting product, very mild citrus flavor, usually manufacturers go for a more tangy taste but this one is beautiful. The product packaged with 2 silica bags, which keeps moisture out, don't eat them! What I really like about the product is that it's very easily mixed with water. Some of the amino acids don't mix well with water and in other products it creates a very unpleasant foam on top which makes it difficult to consume. Not this product! Mixes very easily without any foam on top and tastes great!

Bote con 350g de aminocidos (25 servicios) con sabor a sanda. Se recomienda tomar dos scoops en 400ml de agua 15 minutos antes de entrenar y los das de descanso tomar la misma cantidad entre las comidas. El producto contiene glutamina, leucina, lisina, valina, fenilalanina, isoleucina, treonina, metionina, histidina y triptfano. Respecto al sabor es bastante artificial, pero personalmente me gusta y sus efecto se notan durante el entrenamiento y despus en la recuperacin.
