This has quickly become my favorite probiotic gummy for the kids. Like any gummy, it doesn't have many strains, but given that most gummies have just one strain, getting 4 strains is nice. I am very familiar with the science behind three of those strains and it's solid. Now I don't give these to the kids every day. I will give them in occasional spurts, especially if they are on antibiotics or are having digestive issues. I also take them on trips and give them out everyday. This will go a long way toward preventing or minimizing minor food contamination or "different drinking water" issues. And for that these strains are excellent. They are also a great complement to a wider probiotic plan, both in terms of supplements and foods. I am also glad these have some pre-biotics, especially for the aforementioned traveling where the kids may not eat a super-well rounded diet. I really find the right probiotics help keep them healthier and happier on family vacations. Try it and you'll thank me. Two negatives: these are bland. The kids prefer other brands with extra sugar. But they don't taste bad, so after a while they just accepted them. And honestly their negative is my positive. The other is that the founder, Dr. Perlmutter, has some wacky healthcare ideas that I can't get onboard with. But I've found the probiotic formulations from Garden of Life are some of the best, most science driven products out there, so I'm prepared to overlook some of his nuttier viewpoints.

My kids love the taste of these: they take them everyday along with their multivitamins. They are a bit pricey, but I am happy to pay for good quality, which these seem to be. They seem to help with behavior and regularity for my children, and they smell great!
