This is a nice tasting drink, I have used it several times before an intense workout and I can notice a difference. This is best used in the am as it leaves me quite wired!

I start using this product Elite and it looks very nice in flavour, i can feel the difference when i take the product before prework, yes it has caffeine and gives a lot off power after you take the shake. The product very nice the package is very secure .

A great pre-workout powder, easily mixed with water following the ratio suggested on the package. The taste is really strong (so I usually use almost twice the water to have it milder). It mixes without any problem if you're using a shaker with the ball inside, leaving no clumps at all. It lacks an anti-foaming agent so it creates a lot of foam, which though dissolves quickly after you stop shaking.

If you have ever tried preworkout, this one isn't one that gives you that explosive kick and burst of energy, but rather one that gives you a mediocre yet consistent buzz to get you through your workout. The pineapple flavour was nice and refreshing and didn't really have that artificial and dreadful taste that I jhave experienced from other brands. I'm very curious to know what the other flavours taste like as Efectiv clearly have a nice range here. For weight training, this preworkout is okay, it helps give you that extra edge of energy but also focus to get those extra reps in. However, as previously mentioned, you won't have that crazy kick and wrath of power like perhaps C4s Extreme Energy variant would offer. Though this preworkout for sure performed well during my boxing sessions where stamina comes more into play. Though I wouldn't recommend this too much for HIIT/Cardio training as the adrenaline kick would work against you. I will say that this is a well balanced preworkout for sure, not the most heavy hitting one that I have tried, but rather, one that keeps you focused, alert and productive in the gym dojo. Perfect to take before my work out I'm not the type to be at the gym every day but enjoy climbing this just gives me that extra bit of something to keep me going. I was sceptical at first but would recommend, it tastes fine no problems on that front I just blend it into a smoothie 30 mins before heading off for a climb and can definitely feel the benefit would recommend to friends.

It is true to taste of strawberries. I can't really taste the lemon but there is a sharpness to the strawberry taste that makes it more realistically strawberry rather than sweet strawberry. It also has a creamy consistency. You can either make it with one scoop or two, I choose to do it with one scoop as I like my cordial well diluted and it was still a good depth of flavour for me. I don't think I would like it so much with 2 scoops as I think it would be too strong for me. I like a drink before my morning workout as I find it helps to reduce any swelling in my ankles and with this one having booster ingredients in it too I think it is perfect for my needs.
