Glycine is an amino acid and I purchased these supplements to support muscle and joint health. Having been using these capsules for only a month now I think it is too soon to tell if they are better than another brand/supplement for supporting muscle/joints. But what I have noticed very quickly is a huge improvement in my sleep, which has been a massive bonus because I have had poor sleep for many years and despite trying a whole host of supplements for that - magnesium glycinate, CBD, melatonin and many more, I have never been able to maintain a good sleep schedule. Since taking these supplements (I take them before bed) I have been experiencing good sleep most nights for several weeks which has been a game changer. They are large capsules, probably the largest I have encountered and I take a lot of supplements, so people that struggle to swallow capsules might find these particularly tricky. You do need a few glugs of water to get them down. They are completely flavourless which is great. I would definitely recommend these for people struggling with sleep.
