I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 90 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around three months. Pretty good value for money at around 15. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for a multivitamin.

Medium size capsules that are a little on the larger size, but still ok to swallow. Really impressed with the ingredients of these. A nice balance of all key vitamins and minerals. I have been suffering from some fatigue due to dieting, busy job, and mum to a toddler. These seem to do the trick to give me a little boost. Seem to have improved my skin too! Very pleased and would recommend.

These multivitamins are a good all-rounder for those with stressful jobs. It looks after the nervous system and helps you with energy levels amongst other things when you need it. They contain a quite comprehensive array of ingredients that are essential for good health. It's not a miracle pill, but sometimes when we are stressed or exhausted, we don't eat the right foods, we grab on the go stuff which often lacks the real nutrients we need at times like that. This is a supplement that will help you through until you feel better. They are easy to take and I did feel a difference in a week.
