I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly

I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 60 here - there's no price currently on the product page so it's hard to judge value for money. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your B1 needs, especially at 100mg per serving.

Arrived in a nice well sealed tub. Good expiry date. Capsules were normal size and easy to swallow. This companies products seem to be well respected within the sports community from the brief research I did, so that is a good sign. Most B1 on the market are cheap tablets, so it is nice to get a quality dose in capsule form. These are suitable for vegans too, so another plus. Even in healthy people most vitamin B productions in the body tends to decline once you hit middle age, especially with modern diets (even good ones). Also many of the chronic ailments we dismiss as 'just getting older' are often as simple as many B deficiencies. Isn't that disturbing? This is a very good quality vitamin B1 and I've put these on my future buy list.

Tablets are small and easy to swallow. Had no adverse reactions, comfortable on the digestive system. A quick and easy way to consume B1 to help tiredness, loss of appetite and muscle weakness.

I havent heard of this brand before but the previous

I havent heard of this brand before but the previous reviews convinced me to give them a go. The packaging looks clean and appealing and the vitamins are vegan which is a bonus. I've been taking these for just over a week and have had no adverse effects but had been advised I should take some B1 vitamins. I would recommend these based on my experience so far. They are a good size and easy to swallow, no after taste and are good value for money.

Decent size capsule that's easy to swallow. They also do a larger bottle of 120 for just over 5 which is fantastic value.
