Too much vitamin C may cause stomach pain or diarrhea.... so only take this if you feel you are not eating the right foods or not enough off! Always consult your doctor before taking any new supplement The container they came in is of plastic.. And capsules which you take 2 of a day are of a powder form in a plastic casing.. Rose Hips May also Reduce Inflammation The anti-inflammatory properties in rose hips may help those suffering from rheumatoid arthritis.... so worth trying! Super Vitamin, very strong so you don't need to take much. It has been helping me through so far this colt weather, i haven't felt ill or anything like that so i do believe this is helping my immune system to stay strong. these are easy to swallow and i haven't noticed any taste

I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 120 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around 2 months. Pretty good value for money at just 7. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your immune health. The 1000mg of vitamin C is per serving so that's 2 of the capsules.

If you do any kind of research on Vitamin C you come to realise (if you have an open mind) just how important this Vitamin is. If the only research you do on the importance of C is to watch a video on YouTube by the Tahoma Clinic of Washington State USA, you will have done yourself an enormous favour. He explains why it is essential to take large doses of this vitamin to protect the body and improve the immune system. Large doses can be difficult to take as they can have a laxative effect. Also, many manufacturers make a Vitamin C tablet so weak it is almost useless. This product gives you a dose of vitamin C but has rosehip and rutin added. The ingredients listed help with inflammation, allergies and aid in the digestion of vitamin C. To take the recommended amount of Vitamin C using this product would be a bit too expensive. I would need to have multiple doses a day using this product. So I take two of these a day and supplement with other 1000mg vitamin C tablets, to reduce the cost. This is a very good product and one I am happy to recommend, but it is very expensive and I am not sure that it represents great value, as a good multivitamin will have many of the ingredients you will find in this product.

These are nice size vitamin c tablets with rosehip. They are capsules and easy to swallow. Take two a day to help stay healthy. Great price too and I like the fact it also contains rosehip.
