Warrior Crunch Bar 24 x 32g

My husband is a protein bar fiend, using them for energy boosts whilst running. These protein bars are a little smaller than some of the others he's tried, but provide a tasty, satisfying snack that has a good 9g of protein per bar. They taste really lovely and if you're looking for something packed with a delicious chocolatey taste, that is low in sugar and carbs, then this is a tasty option. I've tried one myself and I'm pretty impressed with how good they taste. They have a lovely soft centre, with a good crunchy chocolate outer - there's plenty of chocolate in these bars so they definitely satisfy a craving, plus they're filling too. With 24 bars in the box for £19.99, working out at around 83p a bar, that's excellent value. I will definitely be reordering more of these :)

I don't personally enjoy the taste of protein bars, there's a typical tatse they all share but as these are smaller it's less of an issue. It has a nice texture with a crunch that makes these more enjoyable.

These Warrior mini bars are really tasty and have a variety of textures. They’re chewy on the inside and they have crispy pieces in the smooth milk chocolate coating. They taste somewhere in between honeycomb and fudge to me; it’s a nice taste but I wouldn’t say it was salted caramel. There is 9.8g protein and 122 calories per 32g bar and they have a long expiry date on them of around 15 months in my case. I like the small size as I find the bars very filling, especially as you do a lot of chewing when you eat them. They’re a great on-the-go snack for when you need a little burst of energy and fancy something sweet and tasty.

Ordered these as i am on a keto/low carb diet but occasionally crave something a bit naughty!! These protein bars really fit the bill with only 12g of carbs which falls within my daily carb allowance. The salted caramel taste is very nice and the texture reminds me of boost bars which i used to love but don't eat anymore. My son who is into weight training also tried one of these and really liked them as he went off protein bars for a while because of the powdery textures a lot of them have, however these bars do not have that texture. Nutritional breakdown of each 32g bar is as follows:- Calories - 122 (very good i must say) Fat - 5.6g (of which 3.4g is saturated) Carbohydrates - 12g (of which 1.3g is made up of sugar and 9.4g is polyols) Protein - 9.8g Salt - 0.19g Overall the nutritional value is good if you just stick to one and don't get tempted to keep on eating them as they are indeed very tasty. I would highly recommend these bars as a treat to eat in moderation. Very good value and handy to keep in the snack cupboard for those sweet cravings.

These are reasonable value at around £20 for 24 bars. They are the mini 32g bars. I prefer them cold so keep them in the fridge but warm or cold they don't have as much of a crunch as the packaging would suggest, they are more chewy with a slight crunch. The chocolate is nice but the middle has a bit of an odd flavour and there's a definite sweetener aftertaste. That said they are pleasant to eat just not as nice as they could be. Nutritionally they are fairly balanced with around a third of calories coming from fats/carbs/proteins the problem here is the high saturated fats which at 11% is getting on for chocolate bar levels although the sugar content is fairly low at under 4%. These are a super convenient way to get an extra 10g of protein into your day at a decent price but the saturated fats need to be lowered and the taste improved a little.
