This CNP meal replacement has been an absolute lifesaver for me recently - as I often find myself in a rush around lunch time. In the past I'd consider ordering something seriously unhealthy but since receiving this meal replacement I've been having these instead. The powder is consistent and mixes very smoothly, there's no bubbling or clumping. The flavour is excellent and it helps me hit my macros. This is a tasty, all-round shake mix formula that has well-balanced macros for general-purpose meal replacement - a good, medium-sugar carb boost, high protein, and very low fat. Add to the fact that it's fortified with vitamins and minerals, and it makes an excellent support for all kinds of diet needs (as well as a very easy on-the-go lunch). The vanilla ice cream flavour is really tasty, and I think it benefits from the modest sugar content as opposed to sweetener. It's not sickly or over-sweet, but it definitely satisfies a sweet tooth if you have one! It mixes nice and smoothly into water or milk, but personally I've found it great in natural or Greek yoghurt for a more substantial and filling texture and consistency. At two scoops per serving, a bag at just shy of a kilo is pretty good value. My pack came with a jar of diet supplements too, which wasn't in the product description - it's not clear if this is a standard addition. In any case, the shake powder alone is delicious, and a convenient and nutritious way to support your fitness / diet goals.

This powder is soluble and has a pleasant flavour. I didn't really fancy it in water, so added it to some milk. Using the amount recommended for water it made too sweet a mixture, but I scaled the amount down and then it make for a lovely protein-filled drink which seemed to suppress my appetite for quite a long time. The capsules are a nice addition.

They have included a real full spectrum. What it didn't do though, was keep me full in a way I'd hoped consistently as a meal replacement - if you are having a very hungry type of day. On an average day, it did work and kept me going for a few hours. Interestingly though, at the time of review, they also offer a really intriguing weight loss support supplement with it. Unfortunately, the caffeine content of that is too high for me to comfortably take in one go. 125mg for one capsule - comes with lots of other intriguing ingredients which I need to research such as Green Coffee, Mango extract, and iodine. I would STRONGLY recommend researching the ingredients (I tend to begin with places like WebMD) as ingredients can have an impact on medications or conditions. They do mention that the supplement and the powder can complement each other in helping regulate hunger etc. 26 for 15 servings, that's not too cheap. Not the most expensive I've come across. But, if you were going to buy a similar weight management supplement as well (that presently appears to come with it if you read the full product description) - then that does make a difference here to the cost. I am giving this five stars. With the cost I was swaying toward four, but with the supplementation etc included, whilst it's not been perfect - it's a really, really intriguing product.
