Each serving of our Plant Protein provides 24g of high-quality plant-based protein, along with 3.2g of fiber, only 0.7g of carbohydrates, and 2.6g of fat.
WHAT IS THE COMPOSITION OF THE 100% PLANT PROTEIN?
Our Plant Protein is made up of a blend of pea protein isolate, brown rice protein isolate, and faba bean protein concentrate.
Pea protein is low in methionine. This is why we have paired it with brown rice protein which is high in methionine and faba bean which has a rich amino acid profile. This gives you an amino acid profile similar to whey.
DOES 100% PLANT PROTEIN CONTAIN ALL 9 ESSENTIAL AMINO ACIDS?
Yes, it does. Unlike many plant proteins that lack the full essential amino acid profile, our combination of pea, brown rice, and faba bean proteins provides the complete spectrum of essential amino acids, making it a comprehensive protein source.
HOW MUCH LEUCINE DOES THE 100% PLANT PROTEIN CONTAIN?
It contains 3g of leucine per serving. Consumption of 3g of leucine is needed to promote maximum protein synthesis (REF)
