What is Instant Mass Heavyweight? Instant Mass Heavyweight is a protein shake specifically designed for the hard gainers out there who want protein, carbs and calories to gain weight and muscle mass. Each shake contains 60g protein, 195g carbs and a huge 1,119 calories. The protein comes from four high-quality sources: Whey Protein Concentrate, Milk Protein (of which 80% Micellar Casein, 20% Native Whey) and Hydrolysed Whey Protein. The whey is from the milk of grass-fed cows, which research shows improves the quality of the whey protein. Instant Mass Heavyweight contains creatine, which enhances physical performance over successive bursts of short-term high intensity exercise. It also contains L-Glutamine, 18 vitamins and minerals and friendly bacteria. Mix 300g with 700ml water in a shaker or blender. We recommend one shaker per day between meals, post workout or before bed to contribute to muscle maintenance overnight. Reflex Crunchy Pieces will not dissolve when mixed. Shake well before use, do not blend, no shaker grill required. Once mixed, consume the shake straight away. For a shake that is more calorie-heavy, you can try mixing it with milk.
