Perfect to take before my work out I'm not the type to be at the gym every day but enjoy climbing this just gives me that extra bit of something to keep me going. I was sceptical at first but would recommend, it tastes fine pineapple flavour no problems on that front I just blend it into a smoothie 30 mins before heading off for a climb and can definitely feel the benefit would recommend to friends.

This frosted lemon flavour pre-workout drink comes in a handy tub of 220g powder. The powder is simple to mix, I used my shaker and poured it into a glass. The drink mixes into a yellow colour and is quite tasty and palatable and not too strong like other pre-workout drinks I've purchased in the past. It's a good energy booster, simple to mix at the gym, and more than suitable for giving a kick to my workouts.

This collagen joints and bones supplement comes in a handy reusable plastic tub of 153g giving you 30 daily doses. As someone who workouts a lot and leads an active lifestyle, I like to have collagen in my supplement regime sometimes. It can be a good protein as well as other said health benefits. This collagen which focuses on joints and bones is easily mixed by throwing one scoop full with the scooper provided in coffee, water, juice or added to various foods. It's virtually tasteless and couldn't taste anything in my morning coffee. The powder looks good quality and I like what this particular collagen is offering and would consider purchasing this in the future. Overall, a good quality collagen supplement.

The smell of this drink was quite deceptive. On opening the product you have a wonderful pineapple smell but unfortunately it doesn't quite taste as nice as it smells. It's not unpleasant in that you can't drink it - although it does have a sweetener aftertaste which is a shame. IT doesn't taste as sweet as pineapple to me but that's not its purpose. You're drinking this to give you a boost and as long as it's palatable then that's all you can ask for. I've tried a few similar products and they all have an aftertaste - using sweetener you can't expect anything less. If you're looking to buy this for the taste - don't. If you're wanting a product that can be quickly made up and drinkable - then give it a go. It's not too bad and it does do what it's meant to do.
