I love that this is a low calorie, high protein drink mix that has a great flavor. The lemon flavor is mild and slightly sweet but not overpowering. I mixed it with 6oz of water as directed and the result was a smooth, thick mixture. I'll have to say that this is a lot thicker than I'm used to. I felt like I had to chew it in order to drink it (but that's not a bad thing...LOL).

GAT has always been a trusted brand. My husband loved this lemon cake protein flavor. It mixed well and did not have a very gritty texture as some plant based protein powders do.

If there was an award for the sweetest vegan protein shake, this Lemon Cake protein would win grand prize. I feel like you could put one scoop in a bathtub full of water, and this would still be sweet. With all that being said, I absolutely loved this protein shake. Immediately when I removed the tamper resistant seal I crossed my fingers that the lemony aroma tasted as good as it smelled, which indeed it did. It's very rare for me to even notice how actually sweet something truly is because I have never met anyone with a bigger sweet tooth other than myself. So, keep that in mind.
