Our Protein Brownie is a delicious cake variation, which can be made easily, and it has a high protein-content, ideal for people who live an active lifestyle since they can cover some of their protein needs with it. You can easily make a delicious brownie with good nutritional values, which has high a fiber content (from oats) and it is low in sugar! One serving of Protein Brownie provides half of the daily fiber intake suggested by nutritionists.
Protein Brownie contains various complete protein sources: whey protein and egg white. They support the body with all the necessary types of amino acids including the 9 essential ones. Chocolate shavings [cocoa mass, cocoa butter, non-fat cocoa powder, emulsifier: lecithins (soya), flavouring], whole milk powder, rice flour, hydrolysed protein 6.8%, non-fat cocoa powder, whole egg powder, whey protein concentrate 3.4%, instant whey protein isolate [whey protein isolate, emulsifier: lecithins (soya)] 1.0%, flavourings, sweetener (sucralose).

Protein Brownie RECOMMENDED USE:
Preheat your oven. Mix one serving of powder (125 g) with 150 ml of water in a mixing bowl until smooth. Mix vigorously with a spoon or a beater. Pour the batter into the baking tray. Depending on the properties of your oven bake for 15-20 minutes at 180-200 °C. Test for doneness with a needle probe before finishing baking. Wait until it cools down and enjoy!
