This was my first time using this type of preworkout - Workout Intensifier, and I'd heard good things about this brand, so I decided to give it a shot. I’m very pleased with it ! I ordered pineapple crush, and it's tasty. It gives me the energy I need to get in a morning workout, and it's a great tool for assisting me on my weight loss journey. I actually get enough energy to complete an hour-long workout. Overall, I'm very pleased with the outcome, and it tastes fantastic!

This is my first time tasting a pre-workout drink. Very surprised by how delicious the flavour is. I don't really taste the lime flavour but not a problem. Definitely feel a boast in energy.

I start using this product Elite and it looks very nice in flavour, i can feel the difference when i take the product before prework, yes it has caffeine and gives a lot off power after you take the shake. The product very nice the package is very secure .

If you have ever tried preworkout, this one isn’t one that gives you that explosive kick and burst of energy, but rather one that gives you a mediocre yet consistent buzz to get you through your workout. The pineapple flavour was nice and refreshing and didn't really have that artificial and dreadful taste that I jhave experienced from other brands. I'm very curious to know what the other flavours taste like as Efectiv clearly have a nice range here. For weight training, this preworkout is okay, it helps give you that extra edge of energy but also focus to get those extra reps in. However, as previously mentioned, you won’t have that crazy kick and wrath of power like perhaps C4s Extreme Energy variant would offer. Though this preworkout for sure performed well during my boxing sessions where stamina comes more into play. Though I wouldn’t recommend this too much for HIIT/Cardio training as the adrenaline kick would work against you. I will say that this is a well balanced preworkout for sure, not the most heavy hitting one that I have tried, but rather, one that keeps you focused, alert and productive in the gym dojo. It is true to taste of strawberries. I can't really taste the lemon but there is a sharpness to the strawberry taste that makes it more realistically strawberry rather than sweet strawberry. It also has a creamy consistency. You can either make it with one scoop or two, I choose to do it with one scoop as I like my cordial well diluted and it was still a good depth of flavour for me. I don't think I would like it so much with 2 scoops as I think it would be too strong for me. I like a drink before my morning workout as I find it helps to reduce any swelling in my ankles and with this one having booster ingredients in it too I think it is perfect for my needs.

A great pre-workout powder, easily mixed with water following the ratio suggested on the package. The taste is really strong (so I usually use almost twice the water to have it milder). It mixes without any problem if you're using a shaker with the ball inside, leaving no clumps at all. It lacks an anti-foaming agent so it creates a lot of foam, which though dissolves quickly after you stop shaking.
