If you are feeling tired, lethargic, have tingling in your arms and feet, blood pressure issues etc, they may and I say again, they may be a sign of a B deficiency. If you have any such symptoms go to your doctor and get checked out for B deficiency. Just over a year ago I was in a far-flung country which did not have a health service I wanted to use. Their diet was devoid of many of the B vitamins I regularly eat in Europe. I started getting heart palpitations, shortness of breath and tingling in my feet. I thought the worse and was very frightened. Having been involved in the supplement business for almost 30 years, I took to the internet to try and find out what the health issues may be a sign of. Virtually everything I read pointed to a B deficiency and especially B12. Whilst the health system was not great, this country did have incredible pharmacies where obtaining supplements was very easy. I took a B complex and extra B12 and within 48 hours every symptom had gone. On my arrival back to the EU, I immediately went to the Doctor, who confirmed all was now OK and it had probably been a B deficiency. Since that time, I always take a B complex as either a multivitamin or when I am in countries where B12 may be an issue in my diet, I take a product such as this one. This product is a bit expensive compared to some of its competitors. It provides a high % (compared to some) of all the essential vitamin B's. The B12 is, unlike some other brands, in an absorbable form of the supplement. If you have a major deficiency of the B's, this product will probably be strong enough to resolve most of the problems. If you are using this product and your B levels are only slightly out, then you should try its other B complex which is a lot weaker. Overall, this is a good but expensive B supplement. I am happy to recommend.

This is a huge tub of 240 capsules. Taking at a rate of one per day, that's going to cover you for around eight months, so it's pretty good value. I've been taking these after suffering from burnout. I was getting mouth ulcers as a result, and my pharmacist suggested I take Vit B to help boost my energy and in turn prevent ulcers. I saw results within a week, and two weeks into this tub I have had no new ulcers and feel a lot fresher. Pills are standard size, tasteless and easy to swallow. Tub is not the most attractive, but that doesn't bother me.

With worries about Coronavirus, we should all be boosting our immune systems and ensuring we are not deficient. I've been taking these for a month now, and have noticed a real difference. Recommended.
